Several Trailblazers are pastors and church leaders from Sudan, South Sudan, and the D. R. Congo. We heard their stories about refugees from their home countries flocking to Northern Uganda to live in large camps for safety. After asking the Lord to open doors for outreach, our Ugandan Team is traveling to Northern Uganda over November 9-13, 2025 to identify local leaders with whom we can partner. These pastors live either near or in the large Refugee Camps.
This new venture has great potential. Our goal is to identify and establish a select group of regional church leaders who are faithful, available, and teachable. The Ugandan Team will mentor them as they reach out to others who need to hear the gospel in their own language. Your year-end gifts will provide:
- $9,500 for three trips to Northern Uganda across rigged roads and terrain to meet with pastors in order to equip and mentor church leaders.
- $10,500 for purchasing and distributing 350 Megavoice audio devices with Scripture in languages found within these regions. Also, each one of the TOTS, COHORTS, and Trailblazers will receive a device for ministry in their home regions.
- $5,000 to provide translated biblical resources to this group of select pastors for their spiritual growth as they serve many who are illiterate and resourced challenged.
